Lacy Her is a fourth-year majoring in Liberal Studies and minoring in Asian American Studies.

"HmSA has taught me that although our Hmong students fall under the umbrella of being Hmong, we are all unique and multifaceted individuals. In addition, I've also been able to work with many innovative Hmong individuals and organizations that I wouldn't have been able to if it weren't for HmSA."

"My favorite HmSA memories are being a part of the Big and Little and the Education Conference! Both of these events allowed me to bond with members on a deeper level and create lifelong memories. The Education Conference has allowed our Hmong college students to create a bridge between us and our future generation of students."

Emily Vang is a fourth-year double-majoring in Speech-Language Pathology and Asian American Studies with a minor in Creative Writing.

The Education Conference was a lifechanging experience because of the unique challenges and priceless memories I created with the highschoolers and members!"
